NQ Integrated Solutions is a trading name of Methodology Group Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services. This may include:
- your name, business name, email address and phone number;
- what you tell us about your business, your current software and the problems you want solved, when you fill in a form or speak with us;
- details you give us when you register for an event or training session, or buy something from us;
- information about how you use our website (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
We collect this directly from you when you contact us, submit a form, register for an event, or become a client. You don't have to give us your details, but if you don't, we may not be able to reply or help.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation;
- to quote, deliver and support our Odoo, Claude and related services;
- to manage event and training registrations;
- to send invoices and keep business records;
- to send you occasional updates you have asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- to improve our website and services.
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed to run our business, with service providers who are required to protect it. These include the companies that host our website and business systems, our email and analytics providers, payment processors, and AI tools (such as Claude by Anthropic) that help us read and respond to enquiries. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your language and session. We also use Google Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Plausible does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some features may not.
How we look after it
We store personal information in secure, access-controlled systems and keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records). When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.
