NQ Integrated Solutions was built on a simple observation: North Queensland businesses deserved the same powerful, integrated systems that larger companies take for granted — delivered by someone who actually understands the local market.
The problem we saw
Running a business in North Queensland has always meant doing more with less. But most of the businesses we spoke to weren't just stretched thin — they were fragmented. Spreadsheets for quoting. A separate tool for invoicing. Staff communication scattered across three apps. And no single system that could see the whole picture. National consultants didn't understand the local market. Local providers didn't understand the software. Something had to change.
What we did about it
We became certified Odoo Partners and set up shop right here in Townsville — not as a remote helpdesk, but as a local team you can actually sit down with. Our background spans tourism, logistics, field services, retail and recreation. We've worked inside these industries.
