Common questions
Yes, a paid plan is required. Pro (about A$34 a month) is enough. The afternoon sessions use Cowork and Claude in Chrome, which aren't on the Free plan. Please have it set up before the day; we'll email setup steps after you register.
A laptop (Windows or Mac) and charger, signed in to Claude. Ideally, install Claude in Chrome too.
Yes: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Let us know about any dietary requirements when you register.
Yes, the ticket is transferable.
Yes. Cancel 14 or more days before the course for a full refund. Within 14 days we can't refund, but you can send someone else in your place or move to a future date at no extra cost. If we cancel the course, you'll get a full refund. None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Yes, free on-site parking at 15/581 Ross River Road, Kirwan.
The training room is up a flight of stairs and there's no lift. If stairs are a problem for you or your staff, call us on 07 4410 3320 before you book and we'll talk through options.

Yes. We'll email you a tax invoice for your registration. Training related to your current business is usually tax deductible; check with your accountant.
